1)It must be
noticed to clean before using quartz glass at high temperature and
high purity. Quartz glass should be delt with HF(40%HF+2-3volumw
H2O) to
corrode for more than 5 minuts.than use high purity water to wash
clean and dry to wait for use. For gengeral quartz glass which
is contaminated because
of shipping and storing, or only by oil and fingerprint, it can be
washed with high purity water and cloth dipped by alcohol, then
dry to wait for use.
For some products were contaminated seriously especially for high
temperature to use, it must be delt with solid, then clean with
high purity water.
At last dry to wait for use. The most effective way is to felt with
oxyhydrogen acid. |
2)After
cleaned quartz glass should be prevented from being contaminated,
pay attention not touch the cleaned product with your bare hand, try
to avoid
heating to use at including alkali metal and alkaline-earth metal
steam, it's no useful for including steam and oxidate ehich can
speed up the devitrification to effect the service life. It's
not easy to devitrify at vacuum and reduction. |
3)The cooling temperature should not be
decreased under 300C while circulating use quartz product at high
temperature. It can prevent from the phase
transfermation of cristobalite which result in spalled and brolen. |
| 4)While use the thick and complicated
specification product, it must be careful to welded product,
don't quickly when increase and decrease temperature. |
| 5)It must be
considered to choice the thick product while at the high temperature
and pressing occasion. |
| 6)The glass
product is brittle material, you must be caution aviod impacting while
installing and applying it. |
